Suresh Rana, Ashwin Naik take lead on Day 3 of Maruti Suzuki rally

In the Moto category, Dakar rally champion, C. S Santosh retained his first position from the first two days and was followed by R. Nataraj and Tanveer Abdul Wahid in the second and third position respectively.

In the Ndure category, participants drove in 4X4 vehicles to manage the given time, speed and distance and avoid penalties. Arpit Gupta with T. Nagarajan grabbed the first position followed by Debajyoti Nath with navigator, Arindam Ghosh who dropped to the second place. Nikunj Toshniwala with Suvrajit Dutta retained his third position from yesterday.

In the Xplore A category, Ali Ajgar with Mohammed Musthafa seized the winning title, followed by Karthick Maruthi with Sankar Anand. Anupam Chandra and Adheesh Agrawal finished third in the category. The top three winners were all part of Team Maruti Suzuki. The participants were awarded with their respected trophies in a prize distribution ceremony at Brys Fort Hotel in Jaisalmer.
