Firefox, known for its premium bikes, organised the 4th edition of its annual mountain biking race, Firestorm recently. Ireo, the fully integrated real estate was the title sponsor for the annual biking event.
The event started at 7 in the morning and it witnessed cycling novices and veteran bikers battling the rugged terrain of the Manger forest in Gurgaon, for prizes worth over Rs. 3 lakh.
The event was held amidst dirt paths where participants had to combat broken rocks and thorny Kikar trees. Going head to head in a multi lap format, the professional racers were required to cover a distance of approx. 42 kms and bike-fanatics had to cross a distance of 29 kms to win the prizes.

Bike-enthusiasts literally wait for this event to showcase their cycling skills while testing their endurance and mental strength. This year’s racing event saw a good turn out and was packed with energy, excitement and enthusiasm of the competing bikers.”
