German luxury car manufacturer Audi AG on March 8, 2015 organised the Audi Women’s Power Drive in New Delhi and Bengaluru to celebrate Women’s Day. This was an exclusive programme to give women auto enthusiasts a chance to experience the driving pleasure of the Audi range of cars. The women drivers got to experience the luxury SUVs Audi Q3, Audi Q5, Audi Q7, the sedans Audi A3, Audi A4, Audi A6 and also the performance cars Audi S6 and Audi TT. Audi has been celebrating women’s day for the last four years. The first such drive for women auto enthusiasts was organised in Delhi and Mumbai in 2012.
Audi certified instructors were available for help and assistance throughout the drive. Women driving the Audi Q range tested the sportiness of the SUV on rugged terrains while women driving the Audi A range experienced Audi’s smooth driving and everyday practicality. Laps were given to fans on the performance cars and women with the fastest lap time were rewarded.
The women fans also got an opportunity to get photographed with the company’s super sports car Audi R8.
“Audi is the undisputed No.1 luxury car brand in India therefore there is a growing demand for our cars amongst auto enthusiasts, men and women alike.
