Ashok Leyland John Deere Construction Equipment Company Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between Ashok Leyland and John Deere, unveiled the 435E Backhoe Loader (BHL) at Excon 2013 in Bangalore.The product is specifically targeted at first time users, offering them 10pc improvement in fuel cost.
Leyland Deere’s 435E BHL offers reduction in cost of operations and delivers savings up to 20pc of the EMI value to the customer, giving the product an important competitive edge. The 435E BHL is backed by best-in-class after sales support with a service engineer to machine ratio of 1:8, rapid response mobile service vans and a dedicated call center. This enables Leyland Deere to offer the Indian customers an industry best-in-class Mean-time to Restore (MTTR), thereby maximizing availability of the machine and earnings for the customers.
