JCB India Limited, a leading manufacturer of earthmoving and construction equipment in the country, showcased its telehandlers, skid steer loaders and super loaders in New Delhi. The company said its lineup of products will revolutionise the material handling industry in India. Currently JCB is one of the only companies which is making telehandlers, super loaders and the unique Loadall in India.
At present JCB is maintaining close supply volumes with 90 pc manufacturing localisation for the Loadall, 55 pc manufacturing localisation for the skid steer loader and a 100 pc localisation for the Super Loader. The company has over the past 3-4 decades invested more than Rs 2000 crore in India and despite the economic down turn has also established multiple manufacturing facilities in the country. JCB has almost 650 retail outlets setup throughout the country and provides financing options as well.
JCB pioneered the concept of telehandlers in 1977 and is one of the most preferred brands in this segment today. The company has also brought the innovative Loadall to India, which increases the products versatility and usability in construction sites. The Loadall comes with 19 different application based attachments which increase the Loadall's versatility in a construction site. At present the Loadall is available with different lift heights of 7m, 11m and 17m.
