The results reveal 85% users recognise the lack of sufficient public transport infrastructure as a substantial issue as it hinders accessibility, increases traffic congestion, and exacerbates environmental issues in many urban areas.

Tummoc survey indicates that 78% of users acknowledge the importance of these options in addressing air pollution and carbon emissions. Additionally, digital integration in public transport is crucial for seamless connectivity, with 58% expressing concern about its absence affecting efficiency.
