The
battery has a segment leading range of 250km on single charge. OSM is working
closely with several battery manufacturers to develop fast charging batteries

M1KA has an advanced 30kw motor developed by the company in close association
with its partners. The motor produces a peak output of 347Nm. The motor has
been developed in India for India. The electric motor is coupled to a 5 speed
manual transmission and a dry clutch.
The
interiors of the Mika are very modern with comfortable seating for two. It has
ample storage spaces and cubby holes along with charging points. The Mika comes
with Android Auto wherein you get real time alerts with Google Maps along with
turn by turn navigation. Android Auto allows you to take phone calls without
letting your hands off the wheel. Using
the power of IoT, the Mika boasts of more than 20 connected features including
remote commands, driving analytics, vehicle health status as well as location
based services.
The
tyres of the new Mika may look a bit oversized but the fact is that this is
vehicle on display in New Delhi is still not in its final form. The vehicle
will take its final shape in the near future but will have all the features
mentioned here.
Bookings
for this electric small commercial vehicle opens in the Q3 of this fiscal i-e
in Oct-Dec 2021.The booking amount is Rs 9999. According to Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, OSM, the
company will initially accept only 2000 bookings.
The vehicle is expected to be built finally at
a new plant in Karnataka.

Omega
Seiki Mobility, which has its EV manufacturing plant in Faridabad, launched its
first electric three-wheeler in the country in early 2020 and the company aims
to become a complete mobility solutions provider in the EV market.
