Nitin Gadkari’s road safety directive strikes a chord with helmet industry
The Toyota Innova Crysta from Toyota Kirloskar Motor is now available in a petrol variant. The only vehicle in its segment, the all-new Innova Crysta petrol is equipped with a new 2.7 LDual VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence) petrol engine. Available in both Automatic & Manual transmission, the Innova Crysta Petrol delivers a power output of 164 hp and a torque of 245 Nm.
The Toyota Innova Crysta petrol is priced in the range of Rs. 13,72,800 and Rs. 19,62,300 (Ex-showroom New Delhi). The bookings and deliveries of new Innova Crysta petrol have already begun.
The company has already sold more than 24,000 units of the Crysta in a short span of two months and have a pending order of over 9,000 units. This is despite the fact that vehicles with diesel engine capacities of more than 2 litre have been banned for sale in Delhi NCR and some other parts of the country. The Crysta was launched only with diesel engine option initially, a 2393cc and 2755cc 4-inline cylinder turbocharger DOHC 16 valves common rail.
The petrol variant will be offered both with automatic transmission as well as manual transmission option. In automatic transmission: Zx (7 seater), Gx (7 & 8 seater). In Manual Transmission: Vx (7 seater), Gx (7 & 8 seater)
