Mercedes Benz
has just completed celebrating their global sales anniversary of the E-Class
and has decided to throw in some new toys into the MY16 (Model Year) version of
the saloon.
The E-Class
now gets a bigger infotainment screen of 8 inches in size with a reverse camera
and an optional GARMIN MAP PILOT navigation system.
Mercedes has
sold over 13 million E-Class sedans and estates over the globe with 30,000
units sold in India alone till date.

The new
infotainment system in the MY16 E-Class gets internet capabilities, radio,
bluetooth and CD player with USB ports, an SD card slot with integrated Media
Interface port for iPod or iPhone and more.
The GARMIN
MAP PILOT navigation includes data at street level of 7,068 cities and house
level data for 80 cities. The system
includes 2.1 million kms of road length, photo realistic junction view and lane
assist, 579,000 towns and village and 360 degrees rotation function.
