If you want power,
beauty and soul all fitted together beautifully in one car, then it ought to be
an Aston Martin. The Aston Martin car line up consists of gorgeous looking and
fast going performance cars in coupés and convertibles. Aston Martin has recent
started making scary versions of all of those with the V8 Vantage S, the V12
Vantage S and the V8 Vantage N430. The company has now decided to remove the
roof of its most desirable car from the Vantage line up. Aston has launched the
2015 V12 Vantage S Roadster.
The Coupé version of the V12 Vantage S
was launched worldwide in 2013, by having a clear view of the trend of the
British marquee; it was inevitable that one could see a Roaster version soon
making it the fastest accelerating roadster that Aston Martin has ever made.
The car is
equipped with the latest 565 bhp Aston Martin AM28 6.0-litre V12 engine,
featuring state-of-the-art Bosch engine management. It can reach 323.48 kmph
and achieve a 0 to almost a 100 kmph in a mere 3.9 seconds. Peak torque is
around 620 Nm at around 5750 rpm.
There is no
denying the fact that the race car technology runs right through the DNA of
the V12 Vantage S Roadster. CNC
machined combustion chambers and hollow cam shafts are examples of this
technological prowess.
As for the
car’s gearbox, the Sportshift III ASM (auto-shift manual) transmission, it is
engineered to exploit the full sporting potential of the V12 engine. It
provides motorsport-style paddle shift changes for optimum performance
delivery. The unit replaces the six-speed manual gearbox found in the previous
V12 Vantage Roadster.

three-stage adaptive damping, along with three-stage DSC and two-stage ABS,
allows the driver to more precisely tailor the car’s dynamic character. Drivers
can choose either of the ‘Normal’, ‘Sport’ and ‘Track’ modes.

The ZF
Servotronic power assisted steering offers a quick, slick, 15:1 ratio and, linked to the adaptive damping button, it
offers two-mode steering assistance designed to best match the ‘Sport’ or
