Ford India has announced the launch of its 2014 Ford Classic sedan
at new, attractive price points starting at Rs. 4.99 lakh at showrooms in Delhi,
with an aim to provide an enhanced value proposition to discerning customers.
Starting January 22, the entire Ford Classic range will be available
between Rs. 4.99 lakh and Rs. 7.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Vinay Piparsania, executive director of Marketing, Sales and Service at Ford
India. “In line with our global brand
promise of 'Go Further', Ford India has repositioned the Ford Classic by optimising
efficiencies.”
The Ford Classic retains its core Ford DNA of surefooted balance on
the road, responsive steering and a compliant suspension. It comes with a 1.6
litre Duratec petrol and 1.4 litre TDCi Duratorq diesel engines, which deliver
the optimum mix of gripping performance and fuel efficiency.

Classic offers a host of intelligent features such as first-in-class
programmable keyless entry, Bluetooth audio with speed sensing volume control, front
fog lamps, rear defogger, turn indicators on ORVMs, drive away locks, ABS, EBD and
driver & front passenger airbags among others.

for its spacious cabin and fuel-efficient powertrains. The repositioning will
make the Ford Classic an even more compelling offering for customers across
