Audi
India launched the Audi Q2 SUV. The vehicle has been launched in the price
range of Rs 34.99 lakh (Standard variant ) to Rs 48.89 lakh (Technology
variant). A panoramic glass sunroof is available at additional cost of Rs 1.5
lakh for the Standard variant.
The
vehicle has a dimension comprising of 4318mm length, 1805mm width and 1548mm
height. The vehicle is powered by a 2.0-litre
four-cylinder TFSI petrol engine which produces a peak power of 190 hp and a
peak torque of 320Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a seven-speed S tronic
Dual Clutch transmission
The
new Audi SUV can do a 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and its top speed is 228kmph.
The vehicle has a standard fit quattro all-wheel drive and comes with four-link
suspension and progressive steering for adept handling.
Exterior
The
exterior comprises of a strong single frame grille with Octagonal Design with
large air inlets. It has an eye-catching low roof design, high shoulder line which
converges into a long roof spoiler and a diffuser. The vehicle sits on 5 V spoke 17 inches alloy wheels.
The
extended black appearance package gives the Audi Q2 a striking look. It has C-pillar
blades in Brilliant Black. The S Line Exterior package adds those neat trims.
Interior
The
new Audi Q2 SUV has a premium cabin with Audi Virtual Cockpit. It has sporty
front seats. It has a high resolution 12.30 inches, 1440 x 540-pixel TFT
display. Audi’s standard MMI screen is positioned high on the instrument panel
for ease of use. Navigation, Phone, Music, and selected third party apps can be
accessed using the MMI menu.
The
LED Ambient lighting package offers ten colours using the MMI while the Audi
Phone Box offers wireless charging and is located at the centre console for
easy access. The new Q2 luggage room is expandable from 405 litres to 1050
litres. Other features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 2-Zone Air
Conditioner, Audi Sound System with 10 loudspeakers including a subwoofer and a
six-channel
amplifier
that produces 180 watts. The flat-bottomed, 3-spoke leather-trimmed
multi-function steering wheel comes with comes with 12 multi-function buttons. The
Parking Aid Plus informs the driver acoustically and visually. The Audi Q2 has
a fuel tank capacity of 55 litres and a kerb weight of 1505 kg.
