Hyundai launches all new Creta in price range of Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 17.20 lakh

The all new Creta SUV was launched in the presence of S S Kim, MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd.The new Creta façade showcases Hyundai’s new signature face with cascading grille while the side profile reflects a sporty look with a dynamic rear design.

The new Creta comes with trio-beam LED head lamps, crescent glow LED DRLs, lightening arch C Pillar, LED tail lamps and aerodynamic rear spoiler.

The Creta now has premium interiors and spacious cabin with comfortable seating. Interior colour themes feature a combination of 2 tone black & greige. It has plush leatherette upholstery. Other features include

The new Creta has Advanced Blue Link that offers over 50 connectivity features. Customers can now experience heightened voice enabled functions by just saying ‘Hello Blue Link’ to control essential vehicle features such as sunroof open/close, seat ventilation control, climate control -temperature, fan speed control, wind direction and air-intake type control (fresh/ circulation), along with in-vehicle assistance like Dial by Number, India’s public holidays information and further more. You can even track Live cricket scores, all at the ease of a voice command.

The Blue Link connectivity gives freedom to remotely start engine for AT as well as MT (1st in Industry feature) exhibiting Hyundai’s technological prowess in innovation. There’s more for the customer with the Blue Link Integrated smart watch app. Customers can now seamlessly access Blue Link’s connected car services such as engine start/stop, door lock/ unlock, vehicle status information (engine, hvac, door, fuel level etc.), vehicle alerts (geo-fence, speed, time fence, valet, vehicle status and stolen vehicle)and receive notifications through the smart watch. Blue Link supports smart watch application for Wear OS by Google, watch OS by Apple and TIZEN OS for Samsung’s Galaxy watches. 

The new Creta is equipped with a host of smart technology features ranging from Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold to Paddle Shifters. It has an 8-way power driver seat and tilt steering. Segment leading features include ventilated front seats that offer added comfort in hot Indian weather conditions, along with added smart convenience features like Driver Rear View Monitor and Smartphone Wireless Charger.

NEXT GEN BS6 POWERTRAIN

The new Creta will be powered by new BS6 engines - 1.5L MPi Petrol (6MT/ IVT), 1.5L U2 CRDi Diesel (6MT/ 6AT) and 1.4L Kappa Turbo GDi Petrol (7DCT). The new Creta comes with 3 drive modes (Eco, Comfort & Sport) and Traction Control Modes (Snow, Sand & Mud) that optimises driving comfort across different terrains.

 The front suspension of the new Creta is mounted with McPherson Strut with Coil Spring that offers an improved handling performance. The rear suspension uses Coupled Torsion Beam Axle with Coil Spring, featuring upright shock absorbers for an improved ride performance. The advanced aerodynamics combined with strong body structure and extensive use of sound absorbing and structural engineering materials ensures superior NVH isolation.
