Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. surpassed the 10 lakh sales mark for its Dream Series mass motorcycles. This milestone was achieved in a span of 26 months. Since 2012, Honda’s share in the 100-110cc segment has increased by a 400pc (2%-8%), making it the fastest growing segment for Honda.
It was in 2012 that the company had unleashed its first big step towards mass mobility in the country through the Dream Yuga motorcycle. The rest is history. In April 2013, Honda unveiled the second ‘Dream Series mass motorcycle’– the 110cc Dream Neo
Despite the highly competitive market, in a very short-span the Dream Series set the benchmark for this industry segment. Very recently Honda launched its most affordable motorcycle in India- the CD 110 Dream.
