More than 60 Harley Owners Group (HOG) recently rode their magnificent machines into the happiest nation of Asia, Bhutan. In fact, this has been the first ever group of Harley-Davidson riders from India to ride in Bhutan. The ride was hosted by Bengal Harley-Davidson and it was the first ever official Chapter international ride. The ride was held from May 24 to 29, 2014.H.O.G. Members from across 6 Chapters in India rode in to Siliguri on May 24. From SIliguri the ride started all the way to Bhutan. Some riders covered as much as 3500 km, riding from different parts of India to reach their final destination.World over H.O.G. Rides are conducted at regular intervals, for customers to meet, ride and experience adventure, self-expression and freedom of open roads. The riders experienced some great scenic spots, open roads and mystic surroundings while riding in Bhutan and they had to only pause at the red traffic lights that were only to be found in the capital city of Thimpu.Harley-Davidson India that commenced operations in August 2009, offers 11 models in its line-up in India.
