At the EICMA 2017, Suzuki Motorcycles, the Hamamatsu (Japan) based company unveiled the SV650X. This is basically a sporty bike with a cafe racer styling. Its eye-catching slotted headlight cowling, clip-on handlebars, tuck-and-roll seat and blacked-out rider and pillion footrests all accentuate the SV650X ABS’s café racer style custom bike looks. The SV650X is equipped with the same punchy V-twin engine as the standard SV650, and gets Suzuki’s low-rpm assist and easy-start system.
With its smooth-revving V-Twin engine tucked into a slim and lightweight trellis frame, the SV650X combines power and agility with classic café racer looks. The retro appeal of the SV650X is eye-catching. Climb aboard, turn the key and head out to any road you choose. The SV650X is at home on all of them – bringing café racer cool to wherever you go. Slots in the headlight sides are reminiscent of heritage racers, accentuating the SV650X’s personality. The LED fog lamps match the stylish headlight cowling, highlighting the SV650X’s intense character. The lamps feature high brightness LED and superior light distribution characteristics. The tank’s emblem has been changed from the signature “S” mark to the SUZUKI logo. Additionally, the tank capacity has been increased from 13.8L to 14.5L.
