Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has launched the CBR650F superbike in India. The 650F is available as of now at select Honda dealerships at a price of Rs. 7.3 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi.
Honda will sell the 650F at select Wing World dealerships across 12 cities in India. With a 16 valve 4-cylinder 650cc engine that screams out 85.8bhp and 62.9Nm of torque with ABS to stop you from crashing more easily with all that power. The motorcycle will be produced in India in CKD format with 5pc localisation.
Honda launched the CBR650F at the Honda Revfest in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and subsequently in 7 more cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Indore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad) at the same time. At the Revfest, Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu, Brand Ambassadors of HMSI were also present at the event. Honda also showcased the CB Hornet 160R (replacement for CB Trigger) the CBR 250R and the CBR 150R which are the bikes Honda will launch this year in India in the fourth coming months. In association with their MotoGP heritage, Honda also has their RC213V MotoGP bike on display and a fashion show of the Italian casual clothing brand GAS to showcase their limited edition Honda motor-biking clothing and accessories line.
