The tyre major has been ranked highest in the JD Power 2015 India Original
Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index for its passenger radial tyres.

‘The JD Power 2015 India
Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) Study’ carries
responses from over 4000 car owner participants, especially new-vehicle owners
who purchased their vehicles between May 2012 and August 2013.
According to the JD Power
study, customer-reported problems with original equipment (OE) have reduced
substantially in OE tyres during the past five years in India. This trend
indicates improvement in the quality of OE tyres, according to the Study.
JK Tyre has got the highest
scores in overall customer satisfaction with 881 points. The key factors that
enabled the company to assessed better than the others were the tyre’s Appearance
(tyre design and styling) where it got 882 points and Ride (quality and
handling) where it got 886 points.
