Atul Auto Ltd., a manufacturer of front engine diesel 3 wheelers, has tied up with Bangladesh based, Atul Autos Bangladesh Ltd, to promote the sales of the vehicle manufactured by the company in Bangladesh. The Rajkot-based company will provide technical assistance to Atul Autos Bangladesh Ltd for assembling the vehicles. Experts from the technical team of the Indian OEM headed by Niraj Chandra will also supervise the assembling work of the vehicles at Atul Auto Bangladesh Ltd. with no financial assistance. Atul Auto has achieved another milestone by entering in Bangladesh with the launch of its unique product Atul Gem- rear engine model with 6-seat capacity. Atul Gem is 1st 6-seater passenger vehicle in Bangladesh. This three-wheeler vehicle comes in two models – Cargo, the goods carrier and Paxx, the passenger carrier. Atul Gem has experienced growth in commercial & passenger segment in all over India. Three wheelers commercial & passenger vehicles always play very important role in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) & local business efficiency Industries Minister Dilip Barua inaugurated the function in which the vehicle was launched and took a ride in the vehicle. Annisul Huq, President of Saarc Chamber of Commerce and Industry, addressed the function as special Guest where Motiur Rahman Khan, Managing Director of Atul Auto Bangladesh Ltd and Saifur Rahman Managing Director of BMTFL were also present. Dilip Baura - Industries Minister showed his satisfaction for the vehicle and indicated that Bangladesh Government would provide tax holiday if Atul Auto intends to build a factory here.
