Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Private Limited (Renault Nissan Tech), a global automotive technology and business centre supporting Renault and Nissan globally with innovative mobility solutions, inaugurated a new workspace in Chennai on Wednesday, 21st August 2024, to expand its current seating capacity for additional 2000 people. The workspace was virtually inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin.
The virtual inauguration ceremony took place with Akira Hanzawa, Senior Vice President – Nissan Engineering & Costing, Renault Nissan Tech and Eva James, Vice President – Global Service Delivery & Global Hub, Renault Nissan Tech, at the Tamil Nadu Investment Conclave 2024 – Foundation Stone Laying & Inauguration of Projects.
The new workspace is located in the same premises as the Company headquarters in Ascendas IT Park, Mahindra World City SEZ. As a result of continued growth and development over the last decade and half, Renault Nissan Tech is expanding reach to provide best-in-class innovative services and processes, for Renault and Nissan.
The new workspace boasts of a modernised layout of 1.38 lakh sq ft with an overall seating capacity of over 2000 people in an agile way. The open floor plan, meeting rooms, work café for formal and informal collaboration are designed to break the traditional barriers for better productivity and work environment.
