Hyundai Motor Group opens new battery research centre at IIT Delhi
Retail sales of two wheelers, primarily comprising of IC engine powered vehicles, slumped in the month of May 2022 as compared to May 2019.
Comparison with the month in 2020 and 2021 is futile because these times of the year, sales were badly affected by the pandemic. This data was collated by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA).
Hero MotoCorp continued to remain the leader with sales of more than 4 lakh units, closely followed by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India with almost 3 lakh units for the month of May 2022.
