Schaeffler India announced the launch of its new hi-performance multipurpose premium grease – XTRA3. This grease is specially formulated and designed to increase the service life of bearings operating in harsh and demanding work environments.
The lithium-soap thickened, mineral oil-based grease is scientifically engineered and tested extensively at extreme temperatures under harshest conditions at Schaeffler laboratory in Germany and is FE8 & FE9 certified making it extremely reliable for demanding applications. XTRA3 Grease is characterized by excellent water-resistance, excellent corrosion-resistance, low-evaporation, and a wide functional temperature range (-10 to 110?).
XTRA3 Multipurpose Premium Grease for the Industrial and Automotive aftermarket is designed in Germany to meet the unique requirements of maintenance and repair work of rolling bearings in both industrial & automotive applications, the balance grease formulation has been derived at after many years of tribological research at Schaeffler.
XTRA3 Premium Grease is readily available in various pack sizes right from a 100gms pouch to 20 kg bucket across India though registered retailers and authorized Distributor network. Schaeffler already has a lineup of specialty industrial application grease under the ARCANOL brand for customers and the introduction of XTRA3 Grease will provide Indian customers with an ideal solution for application in local operating conditions.
