MyTVS JV with Rajgarhia group for West Bengal

TVS Automobile Solutions Limited, a group company from the highly respected 100 year old TVS group, and the Kolkata based Rajgarhia group have come together to form a new Joint Venture company - TVS Rajgarhia Automobile Solutions. The JV Company has been formed to expand the multi-brand car services business of TVS Automobile Solutions by joining hands with the local player Rajgarhia group for Kolkata and for the other markets of West Bengal. Incidentally, TVS Rajgarhia Automobile Solutions is the first company to start multi-brand car service business in Kolkata region. Multi brand car servicing is a fast growing business model in India. The business model would enable TVS Rajgarhia Automobile Solutions to undertake all repair and service works for all brands of post warranty cars with TVS Quality service at affordable cost. TVS is a renowned brand and is known for its quality services to its customers from its formation days. With the formation of joint venture, TVS will provide the service expertise and train the people on quality service, timely delivery, procurement of quality service products, customer care activities, etc. Rajgarhia group will manage the day-to-day operational activities and work in tandem with TVS in marketing campaigns to woo the Customers. The company operates the business through its popular brand MyTVS and has been hived off from TVS & Sons Ltd as a separate company in February 2011. In an effort to expand its Multi-brand car servicing business, the company has been ramping-up its service outlets aggressively to meet the growing business model and customer requirements.
