Kapila Perrera (53) has been appointed as Head of After Sales at Porsche India. He will report to the organisation’s Director Anil Reddi. His responsibilities will include building up the technical expertise of qualified After Sales personnel through regular training offers, management of a sufficient spare parts stock and related logistics, as well as supervising the entire warranty process across the nation. Together with a team of experts, Perrera will also focus on the set-up of new, best-in-class service facilities throughout the country. The 53-year old professional gained brand-specific experience, following a four-year employment as After Sales Manager at Porsche Centre Kuwait from 2003 till 2007. Most recently, Kapila was the Head of After Sales at Zubair Automotive in Oman, where he led a team of 1,200 staff members across 24 dealerships.
